The Hall is a large welcoming space with polished floorboards making an excellent dance floor and plenty of natural light from windows on both sides.

You arrive through a generous lobby with access to bathrooms to left and into a small ante room and the bar kitchen to the right.

At the far end of the hall, facing the entrance, is the stage, complete with curtains, a piano and dual stage entry via stairs at the rear. Across from the stage is a large counter offering acces to the fully equipped kitchen.

10 circular tables and extra trestle tables are available with chairs to seat up to 160 guests.

Electric wall heaters and fans are available in the main hall. .

With access between the stage and kitchen is a smaller meeting room with 6 additional trestle tables and 30 chairs.

This room has electric wall heaters and airconditioning.

The kitchen is accessed beyond the hall and as well as offering all the crockery and cutlery you might need for your function there is plenty of preparation space, two ovens and cooktops, a commercial dishwasher, hot water ursn, a pie warmer, a large, walk-in cool room and a warming cupboard are also available.

Opening with a counter space into its own space adjacent to the main hall, is a dedicated bar area with a sink and its own large glass fronted fridge.

A large gravelled parking space is provided at the side of the hall allowing your guests to park safely off the main road.

Kongwak Hall is surrounded by many of the trees forming our historic Avenue of Honour so we ask that you take care not to park on the root area of these trees.
